- Established Tianjin Development Zone Jinpeng Plastic Profile Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
- Launched PVC plastic profile production (initial business for building doors/windows).
- Established Tianjin Jinpeng Pipe Pile Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
- Put prestressed concrete pipe piles into production (150,000 ㎡, 6 lines, 9M linear meters/year).

- Anhui Guangde production base (plastic profiles/pipes) put into operation (300,000 ㎡, 109 lines, 200,000 tons/year).
